We are a non-profit organization whose focus is to relieve patients and their families of the financial burden that comes with laborious illnesses and health challenges. We target government hospitals that have patients are in the low socio-economic bracket in our society. Our aim is to help these patients with the medical bills and medications which they often cannot afford due to circumstances beyond their control. These visits occur monthly. Each month we have a specific group of patients we focus on.
Visit A Hospital is a non-profit organization founded in 2016 to address socio-economic issues relating to access to quality healthcare in Nigeria, such as payment of medical bills, conducting medical outreaches, renovating primary health centers and equipment in vulnerable communities.
“Our biggest goal is to be nonexistent— because we know that the real responsibility of what we do in the social impact space is the responsibility of government, we want to influence policy, action and equality in the life of every Nigerian child”.

In addition to paying medical bills, we also take provisions generously donated to us along with us to the hospital visits. We work with the nurses to ensure that these are adequately distributed amongst patients. They also let us know which patients will need that little extra attention. These are usually patients that have been abandoned by the families. We are grateful for our progress and those who have help us come this far, but we aim to do more. would like to grow, so we can help more individuals and save more lives. We would like to be the change we want to see in the Nigerian healthcare. Join us and help us improve the quality of life of these precious individuals, one breath at a time.
With the help of the designated social workers of our chosen hospital, we work hand in hand with them, to identify the patients who need our help. Some of the cases we come across are amputated children, burn victims, pregnant women, emergency cases, patients with health challenges. All our cases have one thing in common; patients who simply cannot afford to pay their bills or cannot afford medication. We have seen so many instances where a life could have been saved if they had access to medications that cost as low as N3,000 naira. This is where we come in. We aim to relieve the burden and in the process save and improve quality of lives. We are able to do this, thanks to our generous donors.
